Sip Society is a premium mobile bar service, founded by Elley Donelan - a 20-year-old, who is incredibly passionate about turning my love for cocktails and hospitality into something bigger. The idea for a mobile bar came to me at a friend’s birthday party. As soon as I saw one in action, my mind started racing with ideas on how I could bring something fresh and exciting to the Albury/Wodonga region - and that’s how Sip Society was born.

I’ve worked at Edwards Tavern Wodonga for the past three years, stepping into a manager role for the last 1.5 years. During that time, I’ve gained hands-on experience in cocktail creation, bar service and delivering exceptional customer service. I’ve also developed strong back office skills from - payroll, staff management to handeling bills and day-to-day operations.

Business runs in my blood. My family owns three successful local businesses: Edwards Tavern Wodonga, Recovery Lab Wodonga and Job Done. With their support and inspiration, I decided it was my turn to chase what I love and build something of my own.
